Why am I running for Governor?

I am running for Governor of Idaho because it is time for real leadership and real change. For too long, Idahoans have been told to trust career politicians who claim to represent our interests, only to see decisions made that ignore our values, our families, and our freedoms. I am running because Idaho deserves a Governor who listens, acts, and puts the people of this state first—not the agendas of outsiders, special interests, or billionaires.

As Governor, I will be a voice for all Idahoans—a voice that defends our rights, upholds our freedoms, and protects our families. I believe in the United States Constitution and the freedoms it guarantees: the right to privacy, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right to bear arms. I am committed to preserving these fundamental rights for my children, your children, and every Idahoan. No one should live in fear of having their freedoms restricted, their rights ignored, or their values dismissed.

Education is the foundation of Idaho’s future. Our children deserve schools that teach the truth, honor history, and prepare them to succeed in the real world. I support strong public education, access to pre-K and full-time kindergarten, and fully funded schools across the state—rural and urban alike. Every Idahoan child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, no matter where they live or what their family can afford.

Idaho’s public lands are treasures we cannot take for granted. I will protect and preserve our forests, rivers, mountains, and wildlife so that future generations can enjoy the same freedom and beauty we do today. These lands are ours to cherish, not to exploit for short-term gain.

I am running to be a Governor who acts, protects, and leads with integrity. I will fight for Idahoans, for families, for our children, and for the freedom and prosperity that this great state deserves. Together, we will ensure Idaho remains a place of opportunity, pride, and independence.
